Whistler Reception Services is Looking For Bookkeeper/Front Desk Agent at Whistler, BC Full Time

Whistler Reception Services (WRS) operates three multi-functional front desks for privately owned and rented properties throughout Whistler. We are seeking a committed, versatile and positive employee with bookkeeping experience to assist with monthly statement processing, account reconciliations, trial balance s etc.

You have:

• A positive attitude
• A valid Canadian Work Permit (if applicable)
• Extensive experience with excel and Microsoft office programs
• A decent knowledge of Sage accounting software (or similar)
• The ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
• Multi-tasking, time management and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Superior organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team
