Whispering Pines Landscaping is an extraordinarily successful landscape design, installation, and maintenance company serving the Lake Norman market for over 24 years. We specialize in the highest-quality residential & commercial landscaping and grounds management services.

Due to the success of our Marketing Campaigns, we are looking for dedicated team members who want to expand their experience and grow their careers with our exceptional team and have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Account Manager.

The Maintenance Account Manager will work independently to provide price estimates to potential residential & commercial clients.

Duties Include:

· Follow up on company-generated leads

· Prospect for self-generated leads

· Perform lawn analysis and price estimates

· Contact active customer base to upsell additional services

· Perform quarterly audits on assigned accounts

· to Maintenance Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong organization and communication skills, and:

· Be a fast learner

· Have a Sales hunter mentality

· Sales Experience Required

· Goal oriented

· Punctual and hard working

· Be a self-starter that can thrive with minimal supervision

· Landscaping experience preferred but not required

Compensation: Salary plus commission & bonus $55,000-$70,000+ First Year
