Virtual Assistant

We are a small-scale startup in need of a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to assist our CEO and CTO in day-to-day tasks as a Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, managing emails, and answering phone calls between 10am to 2pm EST Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner
• Prepare s, presentations, and data management
• Assist in organizing and facilitating team meetings
• Handle confidential information in a discrete manner
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive assistant or related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proactive and able to work independently

Compensation:

This part-time position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience and skills. Detailed compensation will be discussed during the hiring process. Pay starts at $12.00 / hr with up to 20 hrs / week

Remote: United States Based

This position is remote, it may transition to hybrid but that won’t be under early 2024.
