ABOUT THE ROLE
Whiddon has an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a HR Advisor.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
· Supporting managers with the end to end recruitment, particularly for bulk/volume recruitment activities and senior recruitment
· Identifying and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates that are culturally aligned to Whiddon
· Proactively identifying recruitment needs and ensuring business needs are met, by partnering with training organisations or similar to build talent pipelines
· Provide advice to managers on ER/IR and people related matters
· Assist with monthly report preparation
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
· Compassionate and empathetic approach, with the ability to tackle any challenge.
· A passion for attracting and selecting excellent candidates
· A degree in HR or similar
· 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the aged care sector, especially with workforce planning, Enterprise Agreement interpretation
· Experience project managing the implementation of a recruitment and on boarding system
· Current Influenza and COVID Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
· Current Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain)

Salary is between $75.000 and $85.000
