As we continue to dominate the aftermarket space, we are looking for a skilled recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Job Summary:

As we continue to dominate the aftermarket space, we are looking for a skilled recruiter to join our internal talent acquisition team and help us meet our upcoming hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude combined with proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including talent sourcing and attracting candidates as well as interviewing and hiring great employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Assist, organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
