Job Summary:
In this role, you will have to coordinate with the sales department, the cross-functional teams, and their leaders to enhance the customer experience via email and over the phone lines of communication.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the innate ability to use analytical skills to assess problems and come up with innovative solutions. Your main motive is to consistently improve customer experience and work for the growth of the company’s business.
