Westpoint Autos, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, marketing environment, while supporting our marketing department and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing team in various marketing and communications activities.
Update website content using CMS platform.
Coordinate CRM campaigns, including data extraction, copywriting, and basic EDM creation.
Support social media management across multiple channels.
Aid in monthly ing on enquiry and online reputation.
Collaborate with creative agencies and suppliers to meet brand and campaign requirements.
Contribute to marketing projects.
Support sponsorship, promotional activities, and events when required.

Desired candidates would have the following:

Currently studying or recently completed a marketing degree or equivalent.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in marketing and communications.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for business purposes.
Advanced MS Word, intermediate Excel, and advanced PowerPoint Skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
