We are looking to recruit a detail orientated HR Administrator to join our HR team based at our Head Office in Takeley, Essex. You will be providing a proactive HR Administration service to all Weston Group employees circa 485 … and counting!
Reporting to the HR Administration and Benefits Manager and as part of a wider team of 8 you will be an integral part of the HR function and the smooth delivery of all HR Administration support. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Overall responsibility and coordination of the New Starter process including preparing offer letters, contracts and starter packs and updating the HR records
• Full collation of HR orientation packs and to run all HR Induction meetings for New Starters
• Coordination of the Leaver process
• Responsible for timely and accurate maintenance of HR records
• Handle all general administration duties for HR and Training purposes
• Effective and timely uptake/provision of all references, obtaining authorisation where necessary
• Effective management and liaison with HR Business Partnering team on short-term and long term sickness
• Assisting with communication of Learning Academy internal training schedules and attendance
• Accurate record keeping of training bonds as required
• Accurate and timely update of all organisation charts with additions/removals/changes as required
• Timely and accurate administration of long service awards, healthcare, pension and life insurance benefits
• Assisting with the management of the long service awards, ensuring all letters and gifts are purchased and records are updated
• Efficient & timely maintenance of personnel files including scanned & saved copies of main documents
• Accurate reporting of absence for the purpose of weekly payroll processing for all operatives

As a successful candidate you will have proven experience of processing a volume of sensitive data on a daily basis and will have a basic employment law knowledge as a minimum. Communicating at all levels will come naturally to you as well as presenting in group situations. Managing multiple priorities and systems you will be able to demonstrate your methodical and diligent approach when working in a highly confidential environment. Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
