Looking for an energetic, motivated, and driven team player to recruit EMT’s and Paramedic’s for our emergency medical transportation company If you want to be “hero” by adding more “heroes” to our team, this is your dream job!

Responsibilities

• Create and manage local and national recruiting strategies for EMTs and Paramedics.
• Greet candidates and facilitate the onsite or virtual interview processes, ensuring a high-touch, positive candidate experience.

• Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing.
• Act as point of contact for candidates, coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
• Support redesigns of candidate attraction approaches in digital media and industry-specific channels to position Westmed as an employer of choice.
• Own the talent pipeline. Source, attract, review, pre-screen, and evaluate candidates for EMT/Paramedic positions; facilitate the interview process in coordination with HR.
• Generate excitement and engagement around the Westmed workplace.
• Create and manage a detailed talent tracker. Provide insights to Administration regarding decisions, opportunities for improvement, and roadblocks to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
• Give weekly updates to Administration at KPI meetings, proactively communicating gaps or successes in recruiting programs.
• Advocate for changes/modifications to our hiring approaches as barriers to success emerge.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant college level education, degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related experience
• The ability to work independently is highly important.
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups of people.
• Infectiously good attitude and desire to make a difference.
• Superior listening skills and positive communication skills
• Foundational interviewing skills
• Effective influencing, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to adopt new strategies to achieve new goals.
• Effective analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• A reliable source of commuting to work and other locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or past EMT experience
• Experience in driving end-to-end digital talent acquisition; experience in EMS industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of current Recruiting platforms and tools
• Highly motivated by commission-based incentives

Salary:

$60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Plus up to $30,000 annual production-based bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
