Westlake Music Academy Hiring for Violin/Viola Teacher Full Time

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Violin or Viola Performance and 2 year’s experience teaching private violin lessons.

• We take care of all scheduling matters, including cancellations and rescheuling. Teachers only need to be concerned with teaching.
• Make-up lessons are limited to just one hour per month for each teacher.
• Teachers are paid in full whether their student makes it to their lesson or not.
• Teachers are W-2 employees, and so WMA pays $2.51 per hour toward their FICA taxes on top of their normal hourly pay.

The Westlake Music Academy offers lessons in 10 different instruments on Cleveland’s west side and is looking for a violin/viola teacher who wants to be part of a dynamic learning environment. We emphasize excellence in music education. WMA is a young, rapidly growing music institution. It opened in April of 2019 with 40 students transferred from the owner’s previous in-home lessons business and has grown to 450 students.
