Western States is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team! This is a full-time, salaried exempt, benefits eligible position. Primary initial focus will be on filling hourly factory employment openings for our five (5) manufacturing facilities and then expand to Salaried exempt and Sales Rep roles, etc.

WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter performs functions to provide timely and efficient people sourcing, recruitment and selection services in accordance with organizational goals, established department policies and procedures and in compliance with EEO Regulations and Affirmative Action goals and objectives. Brings, develops and implements best practices to utilize new and existing resources to attract/select new talent to the organization while supporting leadership in the retention of existing talent. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent, relevant experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a comprehensive understanding of the Talent Acquisition function usually acquired during at least two years of related recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (Dayforce or other) required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with candidates, colleagues and leaders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
