Cancer Triasls Administration Assistant Finance

Are you an energetic administration assistant with experience in finance?

Are you looking for a change, and would you like to join a dynamic and supportive team and work within the setting of clinical trials? Come and join us. The Cancer Trials team at Western Health coordinates clinical trials in cancer services.

We are an enthusiastic, positive and flexible team and are looking for an admin’ assistant with finance experience to join us for 16 hours fortnight. You will be working with the research team manager and admin’ team to streamline the financial management of the clinical trials.

To be Successful in this Role you will have:

• Administrative experience, including financial administration and/or bookkeeping experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good time management
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
  • Like working in a team but can work self-directed
  • Interest to learn new skills and support our team in fine tuning our financial management
