Western Corporate Business Centre is Looking for Entry Level Receptionist Full Time

Working closely with Office Services, the Receptionist will respond to all incoming calls, greet and direct all visitors and answer inquires in a positive and professional manner. This is an entry level position with room to grow, working in a small team environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Answer all incoming calls, and respond to caller’s in a positive, professional manner

. Redirect calls as appropriate and take clear, concise messages when required

. Greet, assist and direct all visitors

. Sort & distribute mail

. Stamp, deliver and maintain mail machine for external mail

. Prepare packages and arrange courier pick up

. Arrange meeting room schedules and bookings

. Update and maintain phone lists

. Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized reception area

. Assist with small projects are required (i.e. Labels, bulk mailing, etc.)

. Ensure kitchens are maintained for cleanliness, and that appropriate kitchen supplies are stocked.

Order supplies as needed

. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

. Above average interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

. 1 – 2 yrs previous experience in reception is considered an asset

. Must exhibit professional and polished telephone manner

. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

. Highly organized and detail focused

. Must be a team player

. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Salary: $36,874.00-$45,068.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (required)
• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
