Job description
As a front desk clerk you will approach all guests and associates in a friendly, professional manner. You will provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
Front Desk Clerk Responsibilities – Making and modifying reservations – Registering guests – Checking out guests – Maintaining Breakfast Room during Breakfast hours – Establish and maintain good communication and team work with fellow associates with in the hotel – Answer inquiries, and resolve guest’s concerns in an efficient manner – confident in completion of all payment methods
Front Desk Clerk Qualifications – Experience in hotel or a related field is required – Must posses a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service – Be able to multi-task, detail oriented and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers – Must be able to understand financial information and basic arithmetic functions – Proficient verbal and written communication is an asset. – Flexibility and long hours are sometimes required

Wage – From $15.00/ hour Flexible hours – Afternoons, Weekends, Holidays:
2pm – 10pm
Full-time hours: 32 – 40 hours per week
