Accounts Receivable Specialist
Immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist at Western Big City Companies, a locally owned transportation company which specializes in the transportation of recycle, construction and waste materials.Our company is looking for an experienced and reliable individual for billing, accounting and other general office responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate for this position needs to be detail oriented, organized, and efficient with daily responsibilities. If you have these qualifications and enjoy staying busy in a small office environment then this may be the job for you!

Accounting Responsibilities include:

• A/R
• Collections
• Deposit processing
• Customer Statement Reconciliations
• Customer Relations
• Phones and scheduling

Qualifications Include:

• Must be dependable, detail oriented, organized, self motivated
• 2 years experience in an office Accounts Receivable position
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in the transportation industry preferred.

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Will work 40 hours per week.
