We are currently seeking Customer Service People for a full-time positions located in Chilliwack, BC.
Duties and Responsibilities of this position include:
Production Scheduling
Processing and administration of customer payments.
Support customers and Project Coordinators on information of their orders.
Scheduling site visits for install or service calls.
Liaison with multiple departments.
Complete customer surveys
Become knowledgeable of company’s warranty guidelines
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:
Be adaptable, a self-starter, and detail orientated
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong oral and written communication
Previous industry experience would be a huge asset
Focused, accurate, and articulate
Must have the ability to structure and balance priorities and work autonomously
