We are looking for an energetic, personable, service-oriented individual with great communication and organization skills who is looking to expand their career in this FULL TIME, office-based position.

SALARY Ranges from $45,000 – $70,000+

Compensation:
$45,000 – $70,000+

Responsibilities:
What you will be doing actually changes every day, but here are some of the key responsibilities:

Client CRM, Calendar, and Task Management

Preparation of Documents, File Compliance Auditing, and Archiving

Full Listing Coordination and Management, such as presentations, MLS market research, arranging and facilitating vendors such as photographers, home stagers, trades, cleaners, appraisers, assisting at Open Houses, etc.

Booking and organizing client tours.

Sales Activity tracking and reporting

Content creation and website management working alongside our social media and marketing team

Direct and Digital Communication with Clients

Ordering, Reviewing, and Arranging Strata Documents

Miscellaneous Errands (ie. Picking up a Lockbox, Key-Cutting, Delivering Client Gifts)

OTHER VERY IMPORTANT SKILLS TO USE:
Proficiency with software, in particular Google and Microsoft platforms

Proficiency with Paragon 5, Skyslope, and Webforms

Ability to work independently and in a team

Quick messaging response, and ability to multitask and prioritize

Attention to detail

Qualifications:
A valid driver’s licence and vehicle?

Minimum 2 years experience in real estate or a similar industry?

Are you fully vaccinated for COVID-19?

Fluent in English

Flexibility for additional hours

Familiarity with Vancouver and Richmond (our primary areas)
