Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Customer Services Representative (CSR) provides support to the day-to-day Operation in the Edmonton Terminal through the efficient and professional administration of full-cycle customer service duties as related to our drivers’ and their pay. There is a primary focus on obtaining and verifying the accuracy of billing information in relation to driver trip envelopes to ensure that we’re able to pay our drivers and bill our customers both timely and accurate.
Possible shifts are Wednesday to Saturday (day), Sunday to Wednesday (day), and Monday to Friday (night).
About the position:
Ensuring timely submission of paperwork
Investigating and assisting with driver payroll inquiries
Creating documents for extra billing to customers
Assisting terminal support staff with driver administration duties
Managing various reports
Administering other duties as assigned like site maps and fuel cards
Creating customer orders
Managing Driver Pay Portal
Assisting dispatcher with Total Mail monitoring and incoming phone call volume
What you bring:
Minimum of Grade 12 education
Knowledge of the transportation industry is an asset
Must have strong computer skills – Excel, Word, and Outlook (TMW experience is an asset)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Well organized, detail-oriented, with a roll up your sleeves attitude towards work
