The Opportunity

The Operations Department is seeking an individual who is thrives in a fast paced office environment and enjoys problems solving. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and able to work with multiple stakeholders. As an Service Administrator, you will gain a well-rounded experience with respect to the inner operations of a business; everything from purchasing products and service, selling solutions to end clients, and managing large projects. We are seeking either part time or full time employees.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact to customers and process inquiries regarding radio repairs plus service requests

• Process incoming service requests via phone, email, online request form, or walk ins
• Receive incoming repairs, process outgoing repairs for pick-up and coordinate with customers for pickup when service work is completed
• Prepare internal and external documentation for warranty claims
• Assist with service requests and scheduling the work
• Able learn to use a ticketing system, dispatch software, and ERP software
• Administer and maintain all internal billing for the Service Department
• Generate reporting on business analytics using data from various sources

• Works alongside with the Service and Rentals department
• Maintain a professional and tidy front service area

Qualifications

– 2+ years work experience
– Post secondary or equivalent education preferred
– Experience with service teams and vehicle installations is preferred but not required
– Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
– Great attention to detail
– Experience using MS Excel
– Overall competency and high comfort level with technology.
– Analytical and critical thinking ability
