37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Maternity Cover until January 2024

Salary: £23,142 per annum – £26,310 per annum (dependent on experience)

West Suffolk College is one of the country’s leading further education and apprenticeship providers. Our apprenticeship results have consistently remained above the national average. We offer many degrees, HNCs and HNDs at our focused and inclusive University Studies Centre. We have around 13,000 students including nearly 2,000 apprentices studying with us.

We are seeking an individual to join us as a Programme Tutor for our cohort of Early Years and Education apprenticeship students. Your role will be to help coach and mentor, whilst visiting students in the workplace and liaise with employers. You will ensure the students are on track to complete end point assessments and provide support throughout their course.

The successful candidate should have worked withing the Education or Early Years sector, as well as a high level of knowledge in this area. Experience with apprenticeships would be advantage, however we do encourage applications from those who have not worked in higher education previously.
