We are seeking to appoint an HR & Recruitment Administrator who is able to provide proactive, customer-focused support to all colleagues within the Eastern Colleges Group (West Suffolk College, One Sixth Form College and Abbeygate Sixth Form College).
This is an exciting opportunity to develop, or build upon, your career in HR within a hugely supportive team.
You will provide administrative support for our recruitment process, including supporting our Recruitment Lead and Recruitment Officer with arranging interviews and liaising with candidates. You will also play a key role in conducting all the necessary pre-employment checks for our new starters and provide transactional HR support for current employees.
The successful candidate will have experience of either HR or administration, possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work towards tight time scales with good attention to detail. Experience of using the iTrent HR and Payroll Platform would be advantageous.
This role will predominantly be home-based, with the need to travel to our colleges in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich as required.
