DATABASE MARKETING MANAGER

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Marketing team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by utilizing cutting-edge marketing platforms and applications to achieve unparalleled success in connecting with our customers and optimizing our business.

As a Database Marketing Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by accelerating the growth of sales through our database marketing efforts. You will directly to our Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with Creative, Digital Marketing, and Media teams.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

· Develop strategic promotions and marketing campaigns to increase repeat customers from our database and cross-sell new product groups

· Oversee the referral program by executing strategy to gain more engagement and improve volume of leads and sales

· Own the lead performance of email marketing efforts to maximize open rates, click through rates, and conversion rates of campaigns

· Monitor, manage, and maintain data quality within our Marketing databases

What It Takes to Succeed

· 2 years of experience leading and managing a marketing team

· Proven experience running email marketing and direct mail campaigns

· Proven experience creating and evaluating B2C promotional offers

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-energy, and highly team-oriented environment

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $80,000 per year to $110,000 per year. The actual rate is based on each candidate’s skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.
