West Shore Home is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our rapidly growing and evolving team! The remodeling business is booming, and West Shore Home is growing at an unparalleled speed. To sustain this growth, our Corporate Recruiting team must operate at an above average pace. Talent Acquisition Specialists:

• Skillfully advertise for open position based on available data and the changing job market.
• Collect, review, phone screen, and submit the best candidates for various positions.
• Establish professional working relationships with hiring managers from front-line to CEO.
• Take ownership over a number of recruiting requisitions and fill open requisitions with qualified hires by due date
• Coordinate and collaborate with other team members both inside and outside the Recruiting department.

Talent Acquisition candidates:

• Have at least two years experience in recruiting (either corporate or agency)
• Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business. Commensurate experience will be considered.
• Are highly motivated individuals who do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Thrive in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
• Understand that accurate, precise, and thorough communication are a must
• Have a track record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, and high attention to detail
