As a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator (Evening Shift), you will contribute to our mission by providing world-class customer service as you contact customers to schedule pre-installation, installation, and service appointments. You will directly to the Scheduling Manager & Scheduling Team Lead while working closely with the entire Inside Operations team.

A Day in the Life

• Heavily utilize Salesforce to identify customers that are ready to schedule their jobs and accurately record all appointment information.
• Efficiently schedule jobs and optimize available resources to meet revenue targets.
• Constant follow up to ensure all scheduled jobs are progressing towards completion.
• Communicating with various departments throughout the company while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• 11:30am-8pm Tues-Fri/8am-4:30pm Saturday
