We’re looking for a HR Administrator to be part of our new HR Service Centre Team. You’ll be first point of contact for HR related queries and support the team with a variety of HR administration tasks.
Your day-to-day activity will cover a wide range of tasks such as data inputting, responding to queries within agreed timescales, and supporting meetings by taking minutes, to name a few.
You can be part of our journey to implementing a new shared service centre model to provide an effective and efficient HR service across the organisation.
What will you be doing?
Work as a team with HR colleagues in ensuring all responsibilities are delivered in a timely way that meets service expectations and service level agreements
Manage the HR email boxes and/or a service management system ensuring appropriate action is taken
Produce accurate documentation to cover all stages of the employee lifecycle in a timely way ensuring they are distributed and filed appropriately
Maintain up to date employee personal files ensuring employment records and documents are compliant, filed and retained according to data management and retention policies
Input data into HR systems for new starters and follow process for change requests to maintain up to records for all employees so that the data is always considered ‘live’.
Create and maintain Excel trackers as required that informs and supports record management
About you
We’re looking for an experienced administrator with good attention to detail and some exposure to working in a HR environment.
You’ll be confident in liaising with people across all levels of the organisation, be accurate when producing documentation and data input. Being organised, able to prioritise, work in a fast paced team and meet SLA’s and deadlines is essential.
