West London NHS Trust Hiring for Senior Workforce Partner at Southall Full Time

Based at Armstrong Way in Southall & Broadmoor Hospital, with travel to other Trust sites as required. The post holder will also be expected to take part in the team agile working rota system which combines working from home and working at a designated work place.

This is a really exciting opportunity to lead a small workforce partnering team in the provision of supporting two high profile mental health services.

This is a recently reviewed role and open as a Band 8a developmental role or to experienced senior HR colleagues looking to move into a Band 8b role with West London NHS Trust.

The post holder will act as the department lead for Employee Relations and oversee the review and development of ER related processes and procedures. The post holder will also take on specialist and especially complex ER casework on a Trustwide basis.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of two Workforce Partners and an Associate Workforce Partner and will work as part of the High Secure Service and West London Forensic Services Clinical Services Senior Management Teams.

The successful candidate will be experienced in supporting and implementing workforce strategies which include strategic workforce and recruitment planning, succession planning, change management, leadership development and the provision of specialist employee relations advice.

As an experienced Human Resources practitioner, you will be expected to develop a keen understanding of the business. Experience of working in the NHS, the public sector or a large complex organisation. You will also have worked in a complex and high performing environment with union recognition. Possess specialist and current knowledge of employment legislation, case law and good HR practice. You should possess the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.

West London Forensic services has recently been rated outstanding by the CQC and the High Secure Services at Broadmoor Hospital have moved into a new development giving significant opportunities for new ways of working.
