West End Consultation Group is seeking a flexible full-time or part-time Medical Receptionist for our psychiatric clinic located in St. Louis Park. An ideal candidate would have a least one-year experience but this can be considered an entry level position. Psychiatric or behavioral interest preferred.

Main Job Duties

Closing the clinic

Schedule patient appointments

Answer incoming calls and redirect calls when appropriate

Greet patients and completion of patient check-in process

Send and receive patient paperwork

Provider support for one therapist

Maintain cleanliness of office

Make patient phone calls

‘Other duties as assigned’
