West Coast Pool and Spa Ltd. has been a leader in the pool and spa industry for over 40 years. We are growing and are looking to add additional permanent members to our team!

ABOUT YOU
You are a customer service superstar and are comfortable communicating on the phone and via email. You are also comfortable being the “go to” person for a small team.

MAIN DUTIES

• Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicating with both staff and customers efficiently and accurately
• Preparing contracts for customer to review
• Reviewing and correcting data entry
• Recording and maintaining information in our company database
• Overseeing the Customer Service Associate Team (currently 3 people)

Must Haves:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• The ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Be able to work under pressure during peak times
• Great attention to detail

Notes:

• The starting wage is $22/ hour while training/ on probation. This will be reviewed at the end of probation.
• This is an in-office position.
