About You

As a Production Operations Supervisor, you will be vital to the work done at West Coast Home & Truss. Your unmatched ability to prioritize the needs of clients, and to demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills will ensure success in your new role. A genuine curiosity to garner a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and to lead production with passion helps us ensure on-time/high-quality delivery satisfying customer expectations.

A Day in the Life

• Owning the production process and procedures to drive productivity and demonstrate our commitment to high-quality products and customer satisfaction.
• Purchasing the inventory and materials required to successfully build and deliver requested products to clients.
• Collaborate with Truss Technicians and Designers to review order requests and confirm client information for accuracy and proficiency.
• Work alongside the Shipper and Shipping Team to coordinate accurate, smooth, and timely shipments to clients.
• Liaise with the General Manager to review incoming orders and manage new client requests.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of experience working as a Production Operations Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience working in the manufacturing or the production industry is considered an asset.
• Strategic contributor and problem-solver that takes initiative and moves production forward.
• Impressive organization and time-management skills to handle various ongoing projects.
• A client-centric attitude that places customer expectations and needs at the forefront.
