Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Coordination : Manage and optimize the supply chain process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement strategies to minimize shortages and excesses.

Shipping and Receiving : Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Communication : Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant logistics information.

Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.

Qualifications :

Experience : Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.

Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed logistics decisions.

Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges.
