Parts Counter Person –

West Can Auto Parts is one of the leading auto parts companies in B.C.. We are a dynamic organization that strives for maximum customer service and satisfaction. We have Full Time Parts Person position open for individuals to work remotely. The successful person will be an energetic, customer focused, self-starter who has experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry.

Role and responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting the needs of all telephone customers.
• Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for customers on the phone.
• Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.

Requirements

• Automotive Parts experience in the automotive aftermarket (Jobber) parts industry (min 5 year)
• Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results
• Experience with automotive repairs is an asset
• Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs
• An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
• Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
• Experience working under pressure and setting priorities
• Computer experience mandatory
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Work from home option available for those outside the Lower Mainland

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
