Job Description:

  • Support our fast-paced Sales Team providing customer service after point of sales
  • Project Coordination from initial order received to final delivery of goods
  • Provide Supply Chain Management service to our customers that include:
  • Demand planning
  • Procurement
  • Inventory Management
  • Transportation (providing recommendation and freight quote)

Required Skills:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in project coordinator or customer service
  • Strong time management and organization/ability to prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Desired Qualities:

  • Able to work independently within teamwork environment
  • Positive attitude, integrity and excellent judgment
  • Detail oriented, strong critical thinking and problem-solving
