About this opportunity:

As part of the Leadership & Culture team within the Human Resources Team, this is a fast paced role where you will collaborate with our business leaders to develop talented people in professional pipeline roles in pipelines such as engineering, commercial and data and digital. You will actively contribute to our key business strategies around talent management, career development and diversity and inclusion, playing a vital role in our ongoing success.This is a great role to build your career in human resources, working with a wide array of professionals across our diverse HR team focusing on our vision of ‘Connecting People to Business Success’, and leaders and professionals across our businesses in our values based cultures.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

• Facilitating the end-to-end processes for vacation student, cadet and graduate program management including planning and budget management, recruiting high potential talent, managing outstanding experience vacation student programs, planning and facilitating development, networking and rotations for graduate and cadet roles.
• Program managing our personal leadership development program, working with participants, leaders and external leadership development providers to enable individuals to grow and enhance their impact.
• Planning and delivering core competency development.
• Contributing to leadership and cultural development initiatives
• Fostering a continuous improvement mindset with regards to our current processes and procedures to promote the creation and early adoption of leadership development, talent and diversity initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will grow positive relationships across all WesCEF businesses to understand business operations.

• A creative mindset, always looking for new and better ways of achieving objectives and supporting business goals.
• Undeterred by high volume activity whilst being able to drive towards quality business outcomes and candidate experience.
• Enjoy working with people and have a real interest in talent development
• High-energy, self-motivated and results orientated.
• A customer focus and ability to influence at all levels
• A tertiary qualification in organisational psychology, human resources or commerce will be well-regarded
• Learning needs analysis, adult learning or training, psychometrics, individual and team development accreditations desirable
