We have an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our business on a full-time or part-time basis for an initial 12-month fixed period with the potential for extension.

About the role:

As a valued member of our Human Resources team, you will report to the HR Manager providing administrative support to the HR Team across the full range of HR functions. This is a dynamic and varied position with the following key responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment support including posting job adverts, candidate management and generating employment contracts.
• HR administration and systems maintenance which includes processing and producing documentation for onboarding, terminations, transfers and any other employee movements.
• Interfacing with internal customers and answering enquiries from employees and leaders efficiently.
• Maintaining all relevant HR documents and personnel records as required.
• Project support and general administration duties.

Do you have the following skills, capabilities and experience?

• Experience in a similar administration role.
• High-energy and results orientated, with a positive work attitude.
• Proven effective time management skills with strong prioritisation, organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
• The ability to handle conflicting and/or changing priorities and work toward deadlines, whilst retaining high levels of attention to detail.
• Strong customer focus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of and experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new information systems.
