This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of recruiting professionals in executing talent strategies to support the needs of the business. You will set these strategies based on an in-depth understanding of the company’s business plans, historical trends and operational priorities. In addition, you must be able to develop trusted and meaningful relationships with the business and Human Resources teams to continually evaluate and improve our processes.

Essential Job Functions

• Engage with leaders to align operational strategies with people initiatives that resonate with associates in a way that supports our dynamic and sustained growth
• Assist the enhancement and execution of performance management, talent assessment, succession planning and learning programs to shore-up skill gaps with our internal talent
• Align resources for leadership recruiting and on-boarding processes to attract the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our business objectives
• Proactively partner with internal HR teams to ensure their alignment business strategies to reduce down-stream employment obstacles that may distract from driving business results
• Provide effective employee relations support while providing balanced counsel, policy evaluation and implementation and conducting confidential investigations where required
• Organize and lead weekly or monthly meetings with team members
• Work closely with executive team members to better understand the needs of the company
• Coach, lead and mentor team members to meet objectives
• Evaluate current team members and identify areas of training improvement
• Ability to foster a team culture that embraces change and can continually deliver in a dynamic
• environment with competing priorities.
• Define hiring needs and determine sourcing strategy.
• Develop quality and effective job requisition, translating hiring manager needs into effective
• advertisements.
• Identify proactive and effective sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse slate of candidates, providing
• Participates in career development issues, discussing career paths with employees and recommending suitable candidates for promotion.
• Work in compliance with company hiring policies as well as legal requirements.
• Effectively screen, interview and select candidates by respecting the Candidate’s time throughout the interview process, including timely candidate follow-up,
• Build candidate relationship, articulating the benefits of the role and the organization.
• Initiate and drive job offer process; may present verbal offer and secure verbal acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a proven track record in a similar role
• Minimum four (4) years recruiting experience
• Prior management experience with the ability to lead a team
• Ability to assess talent and make recommendations to internal business clients
• Proven and effective interpersonal skills, ability to present information, influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to produce results with project management skills
• Excellent computer skills required including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Workday experience a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
