CASHIER – FAST PACED DELI & RESTAURANT

Werner Beef & Brew is a local restaurant, taproom and meat market. It is home to Tillamook-based Werner Brewing Company’s beers and highlights other local beer and wine producers throughout the year. The Beef & Brew restaurant features pub fare such as: burgers, sandwiches, paninis and fries. It also offers one of the best salad bars in town! The Marketplace highlights locally sourced products, with Oregon beer and wine bottles for purchase, Bennett Family Farms milk, farm fresh local eggs, Werner Gourmet Meat Snacks jerky and snacks, Lucky Bear Soaps and more!

Responsibilities and Duties

The Cashier is responsible for managing all monetary exchanges in the restaurant by taking orders and ringing up transactions, serve as a liaison between the customer, the managerial staff and the kitchen staff, and keep the front area of the restaurant clean and well stocked.

Currently, the restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday, and the typical shift for a cashier is 11:00am-8:00pm.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have or be able to obtain food handlers, alcohol servers within the first week of employment
