Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant is responsible for providing management with the financial data, information, and analysis
necessary for making operational, investment, and tactical decisions. The analysis, both routine and ad hoc, involves
interaction with employees at all organizational levels and across multiple disciplines. Routine responsibilities
include assisting with month-end and year-end closing, preparing monthly balance and income statement analyses
and journal entries, assisting with monthly consolidation and general ledger reconciliations, billing and reconciling
miscellaneous accounts receivable, assigning asset and budget numbers for capital purchases, and coding, reviewing
and approving non-purchase order invoices for payment, assisting with the budget as needed, and other duties as
assigned.


Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree Required, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance
Required Minimum Experience: 1 – 3 Years of Job-Related Experience
Required Minimum Certification: None
Required Minimum Skills: Above average technical and computer software skills; Ability to communicate well in the
English language with employees at all levels and across disciplines; Must display a positive attitude; Must be able to
manage time to accomplish multiple tasks.
