This position will focus on front-end web development within the Wells Fargo Home Lending Technology team. Qualified candidates will be experts in the areas of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as fluent in client-side technologies such as Angular (preferred), React, Vue, SASS (or equivalent). Will act in a lead technical role providing technical guidance and consultation with application teams, clients, and Engineering Managers for their technology domain environments. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Provides the strategy and design for projects associated with their technology domain. Leads projects and manages the work of less experienced staff. Assures quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain. Leads projects and as an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems. Works within a scrum team to ensure team success.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of Agile experience
• 3+ years of XML (Extensible Markup Language) experience
• 5+ years of .net experience
• 5+ years of C# experience
• 5+ years of Object Oriented experience
• 5+ years of SQL experience
• 3 + years of AngularJS experience

Desired Qualifications

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ years of UI (User Interface) experience
• 3+ years of Autosys experience
• 3+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000 Max: $156,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000 Max: $156,000
IA-West Des Moines: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000 Max: $156,000
