The Affirmative Acton Consultant must be capable of consulting effectively with all levels in the organization leveraging data to recommend action. It requires someone who, at a time of significant change at Wells Fargo and HR, will thrive in this environment and position Affirmative Action as a critical partner to HR teams. A key differentiator will be the ability to partner with multiple stakeholder groups, operate effectively in a highly evolving and complex environment with a positive outlook. Salary range is determined by the location of the job. May be considered for discretionary bonus.
