In this role, you will:

• Lead Auto’s expense planning and forecasting process, supporting annual financial plan, quarterly forecast updates, monthly estimates and the LOB’s strategic plan. Partner with other finance teams to optimize the forecasting process and drive improved outcomes.
• Work with senior leaders in the Auto business and across the firm to drive and deliver on the expense efficiency program. Serve as Auto’s primary representative on Consumer Lending and Enterprise-wide expense initiative forums.
• Create a culture of expense discipline and continual improvement in operational efficiencies
• Serve as trusted financial advisor, providing strategic financial advice to business partners and partnering with Auto’s senior leadership team to develop and present compelling materials to support monthly business reviews with Auto’s CEO and the Consumer Lending CEO/CFO.
• Partner with the business and finance team to create an improved business case framework to support prioritization of strategic investment requests
• Develop and maintain unit cost methodologies to inform product profitability and investment decisions
• Provide insights and transparency on the allocated cost base, highlight efficiency opportunities, and drive conversations with service providers to implement change
• Uphold and maintain a balance between risk management and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, US:

• 6+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of Management experience

• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change, develop innovative solutions, build effective partnerships, and manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to senior leaders across the organization in order to create understanding and influence decisions
• Ability to use imperfect information to solve complex problems and make strategic recommendations
• Strong knowledge of financial products with the ability to connect the dots between business drivers and P&L impacts
