Wellness Growth Partners is Looking for Bookkeeper – Part Time Full Time

We are looking to add a talented part-time bookkeeper to our growing team!

Our company is a paramedical healthcare business operating multiple clinics, which focus on Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic care. We are looking for a bookkeeper to manage our network, including quarterly bookkeeping and HST filing, which will require approximately 2-3 days/month of work, and increase as new clinics are added to the portfolio.

General Overview:

• 5 entities: 4 clinics, and one holding company
• Everything digital and in the cloud
• Knowledge of Quickbooks online
• Use of Dext
• All bank accounts and credit cards are linked to Quickbooks
• Patient reservation software is cloud based; revenues pulled and added to accounting software
• Only CAD transactions
• Each entity has one bank account and one credit card
• 10-20 journal entries/month
• Very few capital account transactions in the individual clinics

Our ideal candidate would be proficient in these areas, although previous work for healthcare companies is not a requirement. We are looking for a talented and confident individual who can work independently and creatively, while reporting quarterly information to team members.
