Insurance Brokerage is hiring a receptionist / admin assistant.
Location: Markham, ON
Qualification:
– Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen or work permit
– Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
– Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
– Must be positive and eager to learn
– Must be a team player
– Fluent in Cantonese is an asset
– Customer services or office experience is an asset
Duties:
– Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
– Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
– Dealing with incoming email, faxes and mails;
– Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
– Liaising with managers, clients, agents, and other staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: From $30,000.00 per year
