Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and inquiries
- Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy
- Processing endorsements and new bussiness in insurance company portals
- Completing mid-term & renewal policy reviews
- Respond to inquiries from clients,brokers & insurance companies
- Following company & carrier guideline
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1year Insurance industry experience is an asset.
- Motivated self-starter who is results driven and has a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Broker Management Systems and CompuQuote. experience is an asset.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary : based on experience

Salary: $32,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
