CALL CENTER SPECIALIST / CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (e-commerce)
WELLABS is a part of an international company engaged in the production and promotion of cosmetics, dietary supplements and vitamins in the US market. We promote our products mainly through Amazon as well as our own Shopify sites and other marketplaces.
We are looking for a talented and goal-driven Remote Call Center Specialist / Customer Care Specialist, who will be handling customer calls, respond to inquiries and complaints, as well as collect positive reviews through outstanding customer service.
