Position Overview:

Intrahealth is looking for a Software Developer to help us solve client business challenges and generate elated end-users of our product. As a Software Developer, you will be developing, maintaining, and enhancing features in our product.

Our ideal candidate will be a technically savvy individual who has extensive experience with implementing or architecting solutions on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Has a high level of craftsmanship about their work, the end experience of the user, and impact on the overall product.
• Demonstrates ability to anticipate how contributions can affect larger architecture, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Actively participate in frequent code/design/architecture reviews.
• Work across engineering teams (dev, QA, operations) to ensure new code launches smoothly and customer needs are met.
• Proposes solutions when articulating problems.
• Performs work that’s evaluated to be done at ‘high quality’ by peers.
• Goes out of their way to reduce complexity.

Requirements:

• BSc/BA or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience using Delphi or C# to develop and maintain software products.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex technical documentation.
• Ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Nice to haves:
  • Strong development skills in front-end frameworks, such as React, VueJS, or Dojo or backend frameworks such as Java, NodeJS or Python.
  • Demonstrated experience in CI / CD process improvement and deployment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record software
