Position Overview:
Intrahealth is looking for a Software Developer to help us solve client business challenges and generate elated end-users of our product. As a Software Developer, you will be developing, maintaining, and enhancing features in our product.

Our ideal candidate will be a technically savvy individual who has extensive experience with implementing or architecting solutions on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.

Has a high level of craftsmanship about their work, the end experience of the user, and impact on the overall product.

Demonstrates ability to anticipate how contributions can affect larger architecture, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Actively participate in frequent code/design/architecture reviews.

Work across engineering teams (dev, QA, operations) to ensure new code launches smoothly and customer needs are met.

Proposes solutions when articulating problems.

Performs work that’s evaluated to be done at ‘high quality’ by peers.

Goes out of their way to reduce complexity.

Requirements:
BSc/BA or equivalent work experience

5+ years of industry experience.

Demonstrated experience using Delphi or C# to develop and maintain software products.

Ability to understand and interpret complex technical documentation.

Ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Excellent communication skills.

Nice to haves:
Strong development skills in front-end frameworks, such as React, VueJS, or Dojo or backend frameworks such as Java, NodeJS or Python.

Demonstrated experience in CI / CD process improvement and deployment.

Demonstrated understanding of agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.

Experience with Electronic Medical Record software
