Job Summary:
Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of their dedicated accounts. This includes fulfilling orders, managing smaller projects, identifying, and winning new opportunities, and assisting in Pursuit Partnerships when necessary. Account Managers are the main point of contact on their accounts and are responsible for ensuring client needs are understood, met, and satisfied while maximizing account portfolio profitability. Account Managers check in regularly with their accounts and are responsible for increasing revenue through various methods. They work directly with customers to create custom signage solutions, while collaborating with internal team members. This is a customer facing role that requires the ability to follow process, communicate clearly and complete projects on time and budget.

Education and Experience:
Degree in Project Management or Construction Management preferred, but not required
2+ years of construction, manufacturing or sign industry experience is preferred

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
