Business Need/Purpose of Role:

Our Talent (HR) team is expanding to support Weir Minerals continued growth and we are looking for a new member to join our team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping Weir Minerals people agenda and will ensure we continue to strengthen our culture. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency and getting things done, while continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering an unforgettable experience to both candidates and hiring managers.

Objectives & Measurement – Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of recruitment; provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment with a high level of focus on diversity.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting including; sourcing, screening, interviewing and helping to make for a smooth offer and acceptance process.
• Partner with hiring managers and local HR Business Partners to set expectations and develop interview processes that lead to successful hires.
• Improve upon existing programs and processes while developing innovative strategies to find talented, passionate people.
• Utilize Workday to manage candidate workflow.
• Build a continuous candidate pipeline, create leads through various creative sourcing methods and help identify future opportunities for them at Weir Minerals.
• Schedule Interviews and help facilitate on time debriefing to ensure a high sense of urgency throughout the hiring process.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate is a proven recruiter with a track record of success in delivering results within a fast-paced, large organization.
• Able to work independently to perform full life-cycle recruitment functions including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing and salary negotiations.
• Experience working on a variety of detail-oriented roles & seniorities.
• Committed to consistently delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Strong systems experience, ideally Workday and O365 tools.
• High degree of knowledge of external recruiting sites, networking avenues and candidate sourcing
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States.
