Business Need/Purpose of Role:
Weir Minerals is contributing towards skills development, by providing opportunities to graduates to enter a two-year graduate program in the field of Finance. The opportunity is available in Zambia

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Finance degree

Key Tasks:

• Assist with orders, sales and cost of sales

• Assist with management of fixed assets

• Assist with general accounting

• Assist with banking, treasury and hedging

• Perform system maintenance

• Assist with statutory reporting

• Asist with management reporting

• Perform compliance scorecard testing in line with the schedule per entity

• Record keeping

Minimum Skills/Abilities:

• Computer Literate – MS Office Suite

• Good oral and written business communication at all levels

• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

• Ability to plan and prioritise work activities

• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
