WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Intern – Talent Acquisition in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2024 with hybrid flexibility.

The hourly rate for this position is $19.30 with paid company holidays.

Job Summary

Our Talent Acquisition Intern will support our Talent Acquisition Team at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will have the opportunity to experience the recruitment lifecycle and gain exposure to other facets of HR, including diversity initiatives, and much more.

Job Responsibilities

Train on the use of recruitment system and sourcing tools.

Learn full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding.

Assist with recruitment marketing and utilizing social media to attract viable talent.

Work with the team members to build talent pipelines and develop competitor analysis.

Gain exposure to our ongoing diversity initiatives.

Assist with SharePoint projects.

Develop a working relationship with business unit leaders and Shared Services Teams.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or HSED

Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or closely related field.

Minimum GPA of 2.8
